Additional costs
• Shipping: depends on the size and weight of the item and on the destination. The exact amount is confirmed in the quote we send before you order.

How to orderThrough the order form on each product page, by email, by telephone, via LINE, or in person at our shop. We check your artwork, send a quote including shipping, and the order is confirmed when you accept it.
Delivery timeAfter we confirm payment, production takes the following, depending on the product:
• DTF transfer sheets: within three to five business days
• T-shirt and wear printing: about one to two weeks (up to about three weeks in our busy season, such as the school festival and sports day period)
• Other products: varies by specification; we confirm this with your quote
If the specification or our workload means it will take longer, we will tell you in advance. Please talk to us if you are working to a deadline.

Returns for
change of mindOur products are made to order from artwork supplied by the customer. For that reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind. Thank you for your understanding.
The same applies to remakes needed because of an error in the artwork you supplied or a mistake in the size ordered. Please check your file carefully before ordering.

Faulty or
incorrect itemsIf your order arrives damaged or soiled, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within seven days of delivery on 0242-24-0405 or at info@sasimaya.com. We will replace the item or refund you.

CancellationYou may cancel at any time before payment is made, that is, before production starts. Once payment has been received and production has begun, we cannot accept cancellations.
About the finishColours may look different on your screen from the finished product. The resolution and specification of the artwork you supply also affect the quality of the result. If you have any concerns about colour or quality, please talk to us before ordering.
